Shannon, I needed to let you know that you're wisdom and experience have been a godsend! My "boys" are doing so, so much better! The "bully" is so much happier and they've started playing again, without all of the hostility. Anyway, I didn't know how else to get in touch with you to thank you. You can purchase a lot of electronic barking deterrents online. There are a variety of options ranging from electronic shock collars to citronella spray collars. I'd recommend the citronella spray because hey, who doesn't want their dog to smell like a lemon?
